Want to combine the benefits of a workout partner with the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer? Buddy Training is what you want. During these 60-minute sessions, Tony Cress will take you and another person(roommate, family member, or soul mate), through challenging and fun workouts. It's a great way to include some friendly competition and support in your exercise routine.
