Welcome and congratulations on taking the first steps to changing your lifestyle. I will be with you to help you reach your goals from creating your customized workout, to designing a tailored nutrition plans for your needs.

I am a nationally certified personal trainer and have been training people for 11 years. I specialize in strength and functional training as well as nutritional education. I have been working out for 13 years so I know how difficult it can be to reach fitness goals. There is an answer: Determination, Desire and Dedication. With these 3 qualities, you will reach your goals with no hesitation. I strongly suggest that you write down your fitness goals on a piece of paper or a white board and post it where you can read it every day, when you wake up. Motivation will play a key role in attaining your goals.

With a large part of the population having access to the internet, online training has become another resource.

One of the beauties of this wealth of information is that I can assure you that you will have 24 hour access to your workouts. So if I'm sleeping, you'll still be able to get your workout in!

After completing your fitness assessment, I will create your workout plan and deliver it by email. Depending on your fitness level I will customize it for two, three, or four times a week. You will receive a customized nutrition plan for seven days a week for the whole month, and a grocery list so you will be able to shop for the necessary items to follow this plan.

While training with me, you will have access to my exercise library online where you will find video descriptions of a variety of specified moves. You will also have access to my newsletter, containing articles I find interesting, special deals, and giveaways.
