FITNESS CAMP

 

Fitness Camp is led by national fitness expert Tony Cress and certified personal trainer Emily Bussey. The class combines resistance training, cardiovascular training, and sport specific drills with partner exercises, contests, and loads of fun! Our Fitness Camp style class is a great way to increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight, and break through plateaus! We look forward to working with you to reach your goals. Fitness Camp is a demanding program, and one in whose results we take extreme pride. We have high expectations for our participants and we go the extra mile to make sure that you are another Fitness Camp success. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday nights, and Saturday Mornings. Each camp is based on a 10 week program, once a week. Sign up for as many sessions as you would like, to increase your fitness and reach your goals.

 

FITNESS CAMP

 

An Indoor/Outdoor group class, held in the Silverado Ranch area of Las Vegas, offered three times a week, for an hour, taking you through an intense, unique, and FUN workout. Learn to do exercises you've never seen before, and remember exercises you did as a kid. Led by Personal Trainer Emily Bussey and Fitness Expert Tony Cress, this class will challenge even the fittest of competitors, but also can be modified for beginners. Fitness Camp brings friendly competion, and cameraderie into play. This class is ongoing, and the 10 punch pass is good for any class time available. Come to whatever classes are convenient to you!
