TRX 4 WEEK CHALLENGE PROGRAM
A 4 Week program, meeting on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, that progressively works you into advanced TRX Suspension Training techniques. By the end of the course, members will be able to challenge themselves with a familiarity of the TRX Suspension Trainer, and well as move through adjustments seamlessly. Body Composition Measurements will be taken throughout the course of this program

TRX TRAINING CAMP
-A 50 minute training class using the TRX Suspension Trainer, adaptable from the beginning exerciser to the more advanced.
What is Suspension Training?
A: Suspension Training is a type of exercise, using bodyweight, where a variety of compound exercises, using different planes of motion, can be done. These exercises can be performed for strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension Training is, and can be considered an alternative resistance training modality, which develops core strength, and joint and muscular stability.
Who can do Suspension Training Workouts?
A: ANYONE! The beauty of suspension training is that the exercises, or programs can be modified for ANY fitness level. Most exercises can be modified, depending on the angle of suspension, to make any exercise less difficult, or more challenging.
What kind of workouts can I expect in Suspension Camp?
A: Expect every workout to be a new and challenging adventure. Our Camp workouts will include strength days, metabolic conditioning, power, core, fat burning and anything else you can wrap your head around. Every workout will be accessible to the novice exerciser, and challenging enough for the workout warrior. Because Suspension Training puts demand on all aspects of the body during each movement, one can expect more calories burned during every workout. Done correctly, every exercise utilizes your core in some fashion.
What is the cost of Suspension Camp?
A: The cost for the camp is $20 for a single session. If you register for the month, it is $60 for the four sessions in that month. Registering in Advance gives you a secure spot. Class size will be limited to 8 people per session.
