This week, how can you progress on last weeks workouts? While we will be manipulating a few variables, what can you do to increase the quality of the work you put in in the gym?
When you are going through the workout, don't "go through the motions". This is something that separates people from getting what they want out of their workouts and just doing workouts where nothing changes... no improvements happen, no fat loss, no added muscle... nothing.
If I asked you if you want to come in to the gym 3-5 times a week, spend over a few hours a week dedicated to coming in, and getting little to nothing out of it, would you be interested? I doubt it. You can change that. Focus on what you are doing IN the workouts, and focus on what you are doing when you leave through those doors. What you consume directly correlates to what you get for results.
I don't want to waste my time, and I doubt you want to waste yours.
