Hi, my name is Orlando Illustrisimo jr. I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for boxing and MoveStrong class in TCTC, I become a personal trainer because I enjoy being active but I consistently get back pain, shoulder impingement, and Achilles tendinitis due to past injuries. It’s is important for me to understand how to move properly to prevent injury and get the best benefit on my workout. I apply all my knowledge on corrective exercises to help my class move better and move well. As people grow up, they forget that the reason why kids stay active all day, it’s because they enjoy exploring their environment. I incorporate this idea on my own workout, either am trail running, boxing, obstacle course or in group training, I focus on the task, the reason I came to class and enjoy the moment because my hard work well gets me closer to my goal.

Hi, I’m Rebecca Montijo... as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach,
My passion is to serve adults that want to become a healthier, stronger, leaner, and more energetic version of themselves.  I provide the inspiration and support needed to progress individuals on a lifetime fitness journey, no matter what age or fitness level they start, empowering them to live every day at their best,  now, and for decades to come.
It is never too late to start, and always too late to wait.

GayLynn Strawberry is a wife and mother and recently a new grandmother! Her husband, children, and grandchildren are her greatest blessings. For over 30 years, GayLynn has assisted clients with group fitness as well as personal training. She is certified with the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and is a TRX trainer and currently received certifications in the FMS (Functional Movement Screening),Weck Method and FitRanX Kettle Bell certifications.  Embracing a passion for personal fitness has compelled GayLynn to complete four half-marathons, three triathlons, and six-figure competitions. Her new goal is to complete level 7 of the FitRanx Program. GayLynn says, “I would never expect any of my clients to do something that I am not willing to do myself.” She impacts others through her charisma and her gift of encouragement. Her motivation has inspired many clients to achieve success while growing in their individual commitments to a healthier lifestyle. GayLynn believes that empowering others through spirit, nutrition, and exercise creates the momentum that everyone needs to move forward.

Martie Vlcek, co-owner of Tony Cress Training Center and Head Coach of Rock Steady Boxing.  Tony and I opened the gym with one goal in mind: helping people move and feel better.  I am focused on helping people with Parkinson’s disease fight!  Through our training, we help them move better, feel more balanced, and create an empowering environment that gives them the confidence to fight against this disease.    I am certified as a Rock Steady Boxing Coach, Personal Trainer, and a Life Coach.

With a background in sports performance, biomechanics, and nutrition, Tony Cress has been helping people function optimally for the better part of 20 years.  With a movement-based approach, Tony looks to find what you are doing well and what you can improve to make your body do whatever you want it to.  It's not about JUST looking better or losing a few pounds, it's about how to be stronger, move better, and perform for the rest of your life.

Hi, my name is Ashley Kemp and I am a fitness professional with 15+ years of experience in movement training, coaching, and health leadership. Originally from Virginia, I moved to Philadelphia to earn a BFA in Dance, and then traveled the world for years as a professional performer and teacher.  I planted my roots in Las Vegas to pursue the lead dancer role in Le Reve-The Dream.

I have found that professional and personal success requires a dedication to taking exemplary care of the body and mind. This is why I am extremely passionate about sharing my love for physical and mental health as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness teacher and Registered Yoga Instructor! I am so grateful to be a part of the exceptional TCTC family, and I strive to use my creativity, diverse knowledge, and joyful motivation to inspire rewarding change in clients, inside and out.
